Exchanges will only be honoured in the event of damage incurred during shipping. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage; however, if your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include a clear photograph of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
